I still cant believe that I won but it was a sick comp. The Telekom Playgrounds started on Saturday with the quallifications for all wakeskater and wakeboarders who wanted to make it through for the big event on Sunday. The heats were pretty hard for everyone. & riders in each heat and only 2 made it through. Mike Kettelapper,James Young,Rene Konrad,Bernie Hinterberger,Matty Hasler,Steffen Vollert,Decx Cliffor. As you can see they’re all super sick riders which definitely make it a hard competition. After the quallifications everyone went to the Rider´s night for the telekom xtrem playgrounds party on the reeperbahn. All I can say; amazing party. The Dj spun music I´ve never heard before and the people were just freaking out. Siiiiiiiiiiiiiick DUUUUDE

The main event kicks off at 12 o´ clock in the waterski park pinneberg. The weather wasn´t bad but it could have been way better by the way. In the first round I was against Steffen Vollert. It was pretty hard for me but I made it through in the next rounds. In the second wakeboard run I had to against Bernie Hinterberger Team matte of Billabong. Was a tough one but I was able to make it through. The Finales were one of the hardest finales I have ever rode in my life. Tom Fooschee,Lior Sofer and Niki Gürs. On the 14th and 15th of August 2010 the brand new wakeboard cable ‘Down Under’ in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, will be the place for Protest Cable Call. This event will be part of the WWA Wake Park World Series tour and will attract the world’s top riders in 4 different divisions; Pro Men, Pro Women, Open Men and Junior Men. A prize total of $27.000 is at stake at the event where extreme sports and board lifestyle will meet

Am vergangenden Wochenende fand derT-Local Support Contest in Thannhausem am Turncable statt. Der Lift ist unglaublich und galt nach wie vor als einer meiner Lieblings liften auf der Welt. Es sind 2 Lifte die gegenüber stehen und der eine drehtlinks rum und der andere rechtsrum. Dazu kommt noch ein wahnsinniger obstaclepark mit mehr als 15 Obsacles.

Wir ( Tom Richter) konnten uns den 2platz sichern  und somit gibt es wieder eine dicke Party fürden Lift. Felix Georgi und Milles Töller haben sich die wildcart für die T-XtremPlaygrounds am 29 August in Pinneberg erkämpft .

It´s been ages since i post something. But all I wanne do right now is rinding. For a weeg ago i went to the world championships in Neubrandenburg to get my title back in the junior men categories. I knew it wasn´t easy because the level of wakeboarding is pretty crazy this year. The Australian kids definitely ripping it out there. Everyone rode sick. I had a hotel room together with Sambo and Tommey richter wich was awesome. Just doing stupid stuff and messing around. The qualifications in my group was pretty high as well. In the first quali round i had already on of the strongest competitor Rocco van staaten in my head. This Kid is riding awesome. I made trough to the finales with a safe run. The finales went down in the evening. All went good till i crashed in my first run of the kicker with a ts fr 7. But the the pressure was on me and all i did was riding. I was super stocked to get my title as a world champ back. I mean i cant belevie it. Big thanks to all my sponsors : Billabong,Kustom,Oakleyand Liquid Force who helped me allot. Also a big Thanks to German team.

Telekom Extreme Playgrounds 29.08.2010 – Wasserski-Arena Pinneberg – Hamburg from boardangel on Vimeo.

Zwischen den Runs werden am 29. August die Headliner Gentleman und Sublime with Rome sowie eine weitere geniale Live-Band Festival-Alarm in der Wasserski-Arena Pinneberg auslösen. Der Ticket-Vorverkauf läuft – also ran da!

Wow,was für ein Wochenende.Ich bin wieder zurück aus Duisburg und bin super happy übern meinen ersten Platz bei der Deutschenmeisterschaft bei den Junior Men. Der Contest verlief ziemlich ruhig im Strandbad  Wedau. Leider bei ein bischen Regen und kälte.Samstag abend gab es noch eine Riders  party die laut Facebook ziemlich gut gewesen sein muss.

The WWA Wake Park World Series are done.It was the hardest finale I ever rode.  In the first heat Dominik and Me went through into the top4 finale. In the second Heat Nick Davies and Tom Foschee went also in the top4. How crazy is  that ? They heats for the Finale was Dominik Gührs and Tom Foschee. I had against to Nick Davies. Both heats had super strong rider . Tom  won against Dominik and I won against Nick. Everyone was riding sooooooo sick. It was crazy. And the end of the day Nick got 4th place. Dominik got 3th. I got second and Tom gotfirst. I´m super stocked about it. They day was full with crazy riding skills from Riders from all over the world. It was even pretty hart to get in to the top 4 finale. Contest riding  with  30°c, without a wetsuit and a crowed beach. It´s been a while since i rode without a wetsuit. The next stop will be in the Netherlands. I will have a Star Bucks coffee tomorrow morning with the rest of the dudes and heading later out to Germany . Thanks everyone for this great Event. Hands up for the first stop. Cheers Freddy

Its getting wild over here. Yesterday we had the seeding and the qualification which was pretty hart. We saw some nice stylish riding from Riders from all over the world. No i´m under the top 10. The Semi finales will be going down  at 13pm today and the Finales later on. The Heats are:

 1.for a few days ago I travelled all the way up to Texas  for the first stop of the WWA   Wake Park World Series. The cable is in New Brownfield Texas. The Texas Ski Ranch is awesome. They have nice Obstacles and the cable has  got allot ot pop for In air Tricks. Riders form all over the world getting here to compet in those WWA stops events. The last days went pretty fast. I went riding everyday at this nice cable. Just riding and enjoying the sun. The water has got  25 °C degrise and the weather is insane. I can´t ask for something more. On Saturday the qualifications will start. I will post results and let you know  whatz going on here! Cheers
